From a complete groom to a quick nail trim, each service is adjusted to your pet's breed, coat and comfort.
The complete reset
Full Groom
This is our most complete dog grooming service. We start by checking the coat and skin, then bathe with a shampoo chosen for your dog, blow-dry, brush out tangles and trim to the length and style you agree with us. Whether it is a neat breed cut for a Poodle or Shih Tzu, or a simple, practical trim that is easy to maintain, we will talk it through first.

Fresh between grooms
Bath & Brush
A good bath does more than remove the smell of a muddy walk. Washing and drying properly lifts away dirt and loose coat, and the brush-out helps keep tangles from building up. It is an easy way to keep short-coated dogs fresh, and it keeps longer coats tidy between full grooms.

Less loose hair at home
De-shedding & Coat Care
Labradors, Golden Retrievers, German Shepherds and Huskies carry a dense undercoat that sheds heavily. We loosen dead undercoat through washing and drying, then brush it out without damaging the top coat. It means less hair around your home and better airflow through the coat. We do not recommend shaving a double coat unless your vet advises it.

The small things that matter
Nails, Ears & Hygiene Tidy
Overgrown nails can change the way a pet walks, and hair around the paws and sanitary areas can trap dirt. This short visit takes care of those details without a full groom. It also suits pets who find long sessions difficult. If an ear looks sore or smells unusual, we will let you know so you can have your vet take a look.

A good first impression
Puppy's First Groom
Early experiences shape how a dog feels about grooming for life, so a first visit is about confidence rather than a perfect finish. We introduce sounds and sensations one at a time, offer plenty of breaks and keep the session short. Please check with your vet about when your puppy is ready, based on their vaccination schedule.

Quiet, unhurried care
Cat Grooming
Cats need a different approach. Long-haired breeds such as Persians can mat quickly, and older cats may struggle to groom themselves. We keep handling calm and work at your cat's pace, focusing on brushing, loose coat, mats and nails. A cat's skin is thin and delicate, so we take particular care around mats and only suggest a bath when it is really needed.

Pricing
How grooming is priced
Grooming prices depend on your pet's size, coat type and coat condition. A small, well-brushed dog takes far less time than a large dog with a heavily matted coat. Send us those details and we will confirm the price before any work starts, so there are no surprises when you collect your pet.
Grooming questions
Good to know
What should I do before the appointment?
Take your dog for a walk first so they can toilet and settle. Avoid a large meal right before the session, and tell us about any allergies, skin problems, injuries, medication or past reactions to grooming.
Can you remove matted fur?
Light tangles can usually be brushed out. Severe matting can be painful to brush, so the kinder option is often a short clip so the coat can restart. We will explain the choice before going ahead.
Should I shave my double-coated dog for summer?
Usually not. A double coat helps protect the skin from the sun, and it may not grow back the same way after a shave. Regular de-shedding is normally the better choice, unless your vet advises otherwise.
Can grooming treat skin problems or ticks?
Grooming can reveal problems early, but it does not replace veterinary care. If we notice ticks, fleas, sores, lumps or sore ears, we will show you and suggest you speak to your vet.
At what age can a puppy start grooming?
Gentle handling can begin at home right away. Ask your vet when your puppy is ready for a professional visit, as this usually depends on their vaccination schedule.
Not sure which service to choose?
Send us your pet's breed and coat condition, and we will recommend the right one.
